We also appoint an HR / Technical Supervisor at a site/location if necessary to monitor day-to-day work progress, address issues, and manage local compliances for smooth coordination with the clients’ team. Our Roles & Responsibilities in O&M

We offer Annual Operation and Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical. The day-to-day operation, includes production planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution. Monitoring performance and improving efficiency Improve O&M systems, processes, and policies. Regular client review meetings on day-to-day operations activities/progress. Complete facility, plant, and utility maintenance. Routine maintenance and responding to equipment faults Assisting clients with quality inspections. Coordination with the client’s other departments as needed. Adherence to and improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.
