Standard Critical Fabrication Services

  • Deployment of a complete, self-managed workforce (certified welders, fitters, riggers, and supervisors) to execute specific fabrication contracts within your facility.
  • Expert execution of plasma and gas cutting, heavy plate rolling for shells, dish end (D/End) forming, and precise nozzle cutouts and fit-ups.
  • Specialized fabrication of critical vessel components, including shells, dish ends, cones, and complex small assemblies, built to strict dimensional tolerances.
  • High-quality welding utilizing certified professionals proficient in multiple processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW) for exotic metals, heavy wall thicknesses, and critical joints.
  • Safe and efficient handling, lifting, and setup of heavy fabricated components and large-scale metal plates within the workshop environment.
  • Execution and coordination of critical inspection processes, including Hydro-Testing and preparation for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
  • Managing and executing necessary heat treatment processes to relieve residual stresses and ensure metallurgical integrity.
  • Complete final assembly finishing, including professional shot blasting, primer application, and specialized industrial painting to client specifications.

  • Overlay of nozzles and shells using processes such as FCAW and ESSC, and on any base material with any consumable.
  • Experience with various welding processes such as SMSW, GTAW, SAW (including Narrow Groove), Plasma Arc, MIG-MAG, etc.
  • FCAW overlay, Inner bore welding, automatic tube to tube welding, and Tri-junction welding
  • Knowledge of all applicable fabrication codes, such as ASME, TEMA, DIN, and others.
  • Experience fabricating defense equipment such as MOON MISSION antennas, rocket launcher structures, and wing tunnels.
  • Nuclear spent fuel storage systems, nuclear reactors, and steam generator components, fix the submarine’s stabilizer and cradler.
