Qualification: BSc in Agriculture & MBA in Marketing
Experience: 13 – 15 Years ( Candidates familiar with Karnataka Market are preferred)

Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies

Assign leads, ways to improve your plan. Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods

Identify the key sales metrics, such as win rate and average deal size.

Use of tool (such as Pipedrive’s CRM) to track this data as leads travel through your pipeline.

Record this data in visual dashboards

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor messaging Initiate various programs to incentivize and motivate agents working in the distributions of organic fertilizers.

Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions

Stay calm when handling a customer complaint.

Customer relations

Maintaining of good relations with existing small holder farmers; commercial and individual farm based in different parts of the country specially in southern India – Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu.

Promotional Activities

Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships

Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, working to describe the product offering for all outbound events – facing potential investors, employees, and clients.

Operational activities

Profitably manage the market opportunities through mix management, budget control, and maximizing operational efficiencies.
Planning & budgeting Develops, implements and updates annually a business plan to maximize the company’s position, as well as participates in the formulation and development of department’s strategic plan and objectives.
