Our Roles & Responsibilities in O&M
- Annual Operation and Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical.
- The day-to-day operation, includes production planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitoring performance and improving efficiency Improve O&M systems, processes, and policies.
- Regular client review meetings on day-to-day operations, activities & progress.
- Complete facility, plant, and utility maintenance.
- Routine maintenance and responding to equipment faults
- Assisting clients with quality inspections.
- Coordination with the client’s other departments as needed.
- Adherence to and improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.
